Since your dog is unable to let you know when something is wrong, here are some signs to watch for:

Vet Referral
Due to Texas laws and regulations, all Licensed Chiropractors must retain a referral form from a Licensed Veterinarian for every pet receiving chiropractic care. Please email a signed copy of this form to info@riseupchirotx.com before scheduling an appointment.
Intake Form
Once the vet referral form has been signed and emailed to info@riseupchirotx.com, we will connect with you to schedule the first visit. At that time we will also send you a link to fill out the intake forms for your pet.
If you have any additional vet records or x-rays on your dog, those may also be emailed for review.
Pricing
New Patient Visit (Includes Exam and First Adjustment): $85
Follow-up Visits (Returning patients): $65
Travel Fees: 0 to 15 miles = $20
15 to 25 miles = $35
25 to 35 miles = $45
Anything over 35 miles requires special accommodation and additional fees
Canine Skeletal System
The skeletal system provides a framework for your dog, which provides support, protection and the ability to move. It is vital to proper locomotion that the vertebra of the spine, as well as all other joints, are in proper alignment to allow for fluid motion free of pain.
Canine Muscular Sytem
Skeletal muscles attach to the bones and allow for proper movement and posture. Muscles are also used to stabilize joints so that they don’t collapse under load during movement. Each muscle fiber is innervated by nerve fibers that change chemical energy into mechanical energy and cause the muscle to contract, which is why chiropractic care is vital to allow for proper use and function of the musculoskeletal system.
Canine Nervous System
The nervous system is made up of the brain, the spinal cord and all of the nerves that innervate every tissue and organ in the body. Without a fully functioning nervous system, your dog would not move or function at its highest potential. This is the underlying factor that drives chiropractors to locate, analyze and correct vertebral subluxations in your pet’s spine!
